Data Engineer

🔥 WANTED! We are looking for Data Engineers at VK Video and VK Music — from middles to leads. We are also waiting for Team Leads!

We are building DWH as a full-fledged product: tens of petabytes of data, 80+ analysts, and infrastructure that directly impacts the largest streaming services in Russia.

What you will do:

• create services and tools for analysts;
• design migrations, integrations, and new platform components;
• communicate a lot with analysts and customers, identify their pain points and turn them into system solutions;
• build and develop ETL and DWH architecture;
• be responsible for data quality from client to presentation layer.

For example, we built our own Data Catalog with dependencies, SLA, metadata, and a description of the entire warehouse.

🛠️ Relevant stack: Python, SQL, Hadoop, Airflow, ClickHouse. YTsaurus is a big plus.
