Our client is developing one of the TOP 5 logistics products in Europe, which has been helping thousands of companies manage transportation and supply chains for over 10 years. We are now looking for a CTO to lead an engineering organization of 33 specialists and help scale the product, processes, and team.
What will be in focus: ✅ technical strategy and product architecture development; ✅ scaling of engineering processes and teams; ✅ implementation of AI-driven approaches in development; ✅ working with the client's CTO and CPO; ✅ quality, reliability, and speed of delivery.
Our ideal candidate: ✔️ 10+ years in development and a strong backend background; ✔️ CTO / Head of Engineering / Technical Lead level experience; ✔️ TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis; ✔️ Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker; ✔️ experience with high-load systems; ✔️ real experience implementing AI in the work of engineering teams.
