Hello!

We develop products in the field of Intelligent Content - we apply GigaChat and AI agents to solve tasks in generative search, summarization, and extraction.

We execute high-load workflows (several million documents pass through our systems daily) and develop a platform and UI for onboarding initiatives.

You will participate in development using a modern tech stack in close collaboration with the Data Science team – we develop the core backend of the RAG platform, build web applications, and write integration interactions.

The main focus of tasks for this position is the backend for the generative search platform IDP GigaSearch – we will implement cutting-edge RAG technologies, work with vector databases, optimize the backend for high-load document and knowledge processing, and scale generative search across the entire Sber ecosystem!

Requirements

• experience in creating high-load products
• commercial/industrial development experience in Python for 4+ years (we use fastapi)
• good knowledge of algorithms, architectural design principles
• ability to work with Docker/k8s
• independence, ability to analyze and structure requirements, decompose tasks
• desire to understand the product as a whole, not just one's own code.

Will be a plus:

• experience in tuning CI/CD pipelines
• experience working with Kafka, Redis, Vector Databases
• general understanding of LLM, Data Science fundamentals.
