BizDev / Business Development Manager (Affiliate)

📍 Remote · CIS · flexible schedule 💰 fix + monthly bonus from net profit (total from $3,500+)

We are building a partner direction from scratch. We are looking for a BizDev who will find advertisers, affiliate networks, and products with offers for our media buying team.

Tasks: — search for direct advertisers and affiliate networks: cold email, LinkedIn, Telegram, networking — reach out to LPRs and negotiate rates, GEO, caps, and payment models — connect offers and analyze test results together with buyers — develop relationships with partners and increase profitability

Who we are looking for: — experience from 1 year in BizDev, affiliate / performance marketing, or B2B sales — ability to independently find partners and close deals — understanding of offer and traffic economics — English for negotiations with international partners
