What you will do:
- Define and implement a long-term product strategy with an AI-first focus.
- Be responsible for the full product development cycle — from vision to delivery.
- Improve product processes for speed and quality, identify bottlenecks and growth points.
- Drive company-wide initiatives — OKRs, quarterly planning.
- Work closely with the CEO and executive team on strategic decisions.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Practical experience with AI-first products.
- Management of teams of 50+ people (direct + indirect reporting).
- Experience scaling existing products and launching new ones.
- Experience with AI Evals, RAG systems, and AI agent solutions.
- Data-driven approach, strong problem analysis and prioritization skills.
- Clear product vision and good ownership.
