Our main development areas include: GPON equipment, Ethernet switches, service routers, Wi-Fi equipment, Softswitch, subscriber and digital VoIP gateways, home routers, IP media centers, "Smart Home" equipment, industrial controllers for IoT, and much more.

We are currently looking for a C/C++ Programmer for the Wireless Development Department.

The Wireless laboratory is involved in developing software for carrier-grade wireless solutions. Our products include Enterprise access points, as well as base stations and subscriber devices for wireless broadband access (WWAB). Another area of our focus is server products for optimizing wireless networks and managing radio resources. Development is carried out in C and C++ under Linux.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of software for a wide range of Wireless equipment;
• Development and modification of Linux kernel modules;
• Working with modern wireless data transmission protocols;
• Support and maintenance of the existing codebase;
• Work on radio resource management services;
• Support of project infrastructure;
• Documentation.

Required skills:

• Knowledge and understanding of basic algorithms and data structures;
• Proficient in C;
• Knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite;
• Experience in commercial development of network and multithreaded applications for Linux;
• Ability to work with version control systems (git);
• Technical English.

Will be a plus:

• Proficiency in C++;
• Proficiency in scripting languages: bash, perl, python, or others;
• Understanding of the principles of operation of computer system hardware;
• Experience in developing Linux kernel modules and subsystems;
• Experience in designing high-load systems;
• Experience with the 802.11 protocol family.
