We are a small indie team Imagine Tavern (7 people). We have funding. We are working on the video game The Goddess's Will – a new isometric 2.5D Action RPG Adventure in the visual style of Diablo II: Classic, Pillars of Eternity, Planescape: Torment. We use 2D graphics based on unique 3D models. At this stage, we require a font designer with skills in creating Latin and Cyrillic fonts of varying complexity.

Responsibilities

• Creation of a set of interface fonts for the project (HUD, menus, dialogues) in TTF;
• Collaboration with the art lead on quality and adherence to the project's style.

Requirements

• Thematic portfolio with complete font families. Casual stylistics and experience solely with headlines and logos are not suitable;
• Ability to design stylized readable UI/UX fonts for Latin/Cyrillic (especially for small font sizes);
• Work in Glyphs, FontLab, RoboFont, or similar programs;
• Experience in the gaming industry is not important.

Will be an advantage

• Love for 90s/00s cRPG/aRPG sprite-based 2.5D games and knowledge of their nuances.
