NodeMaven is the fastest-growing product in our studio's portfolio (99.4% client success rate, 15k+ users worldwide) - we are looking for a Tech Lead to head a team of engineers and be responsible for the development, scaling, and stability of the system.
Work Format: Office, Moscow

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of NodeMaven infrastructure and related systems
- Make architectural decisions
- Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and reliability
- Participate in incident analysis and post-mortem reviews
- Hire, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, conduct 1:1s

What We Need:
- Proficiency in Go and Python
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven experience managing a team of engineers
- Solid knowledge of at least 3 of the following technologies: PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, Prometheus, Kubernetes, AWS
- Experience resolving complex production incidents
- English from B2 level (oral communication required)
