Marketing intern / Assistant
in a team that does organic marketing for fast-growing startups from Silicon Valley
Company Overview:
Our clients include startups and founders who have raised funds from Y Combinator, a16z, and other top Valley funds.
We help them build personal brands for founders and employees on LinkedIn and Twitter. We generate millions of views organically every month.
We work exclusively for foreign markets (main markets: USA, Europe, Asia).
Direct work with the founder and an experienced marketer.
💼 Responsibilities:
- Social media marketing tasks: you will help create organic posts with millions of views on LinkedIn and Twitter for startup founders and employees.
- Creation of useful guides / materials / research that we will post from client pages.
- You will learn marketing analytics.
- Performing small tasks from the marketing manager.
🔍 Candidate Requirements:
- Any IT experience of 3+ months: be it your own startups / hackathons / part-time jobs.
- You work well in Figma and have a good visual taste (must-have), and can quickly create images.
- Familiar with AI tools for content generation (Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Seedance 2.0, GPT image, and similar), and can distinguish good text from AI-generated garbage.
- Proficient with numbers and analytics, capable of working with neural networks for information retrieval and research.
- Good English from B2 and above.

- Be available 24/7, do not disappear on weekends, and quickly engage in tasks.
- It would be great if you know what Claude Projects are and can work with Cursor or Claude Code.
💸 Working Conditions:
- We will start with a paid part-time internship.
- Working hours are flexible, can be combined with studies or parental leave, for example.
- Payment for part-time employment: $500-1,000/month.
- Fully remote.
- Searching for popular posts on social media.
- Designing images for posts and selecting photos.
- Preparing template posts according to instructions.
- Maintaining documentation: analytics, post history.
- Gathering information from the internet.
- Writing texts: step-by-step guides / research.
- Preparing visual elements for such posts (images and documents).
- Employment for the first 1-3 months up to 30 hours per week.
- Full-time employment is possible afterwards.
- If you have experience, we will consider more, up to $1500/month.
