About us: We are a growing Web3 team looking for an energetic sales/BD professional ready to take initiative and earn with us.

Responsibilities: • Search for potential clients (Web3 / crypto projects) • Initial outreach: chats and calls • Lead communication and follow-up • Reporting support and updates • Handle incoming and outgoing contacts

Requirements: • Sales / BD experience (Web3 preferred) • B2+ English • Ability to conduct initial client conversations • Strong communication and lead management skills • Responsibility and independence

Conditions (payment structure): 💰 Commission-based model: • First 3 deals only → 40% • From subsequent deals: fixed salary + %
