UI Developer / Frontend Markup Specialist (Markup Specialist with deep knowledge of CSS and animations)

Location: Belarus, Georgia, Serbia, Poland.

Salary: 2000-3000 USD

FocusReactive is a modern consulting company specializing in Jamstack, Headless CMS, and Headless eCommerce. We collaborate with Vercel, Sanity, Storyblok, Contentful. We help clients build modern marketing platforms. We are not a classic outsource company — every developer participates in product decisions and influences the outcome.

Your responsibilities will include

• Creating complex marketing websites and landing pages from Figma mockups — pixel-perfect, responsive, cross-browser compatible.
• Implementing complex animations and interactive UI effects.
• Creating reusable React components.
• Collaborating with designers and client managers.
• Participating in new and ongoing client projects.

Mandatory requirements

CSS is your main specialization:

• Deep understanding of Grid, Flexbox, positioning, stacking context, custom properties.
• You know what to apply in each situation — without overthinking options or using workarounds.
• You can create any layout manually, without relying entirely on AI.

Animations — we do not consider candidates without experience:

• Commercial experience with complex animations: GSAP or Framer Motion.
• Ability to implement scroll-based animations, parallax, transition effects, interactive interfaces.
• Willingness to provide live examples of your work.

Layout and tools:

• Pixel-perfect implementation of Figma mockups — desktop, tablet, mobile.
• React as a tool for component-based layout.
• HTML5, SCSS/CSS Modules, Tailwind.
• Git, teamwork in a repository.

English: at a level sufficient for reading tasks and basic correspondence — mandatory.

Will be a plus

• Three.js, Canvas, WebGL.
• Experience with Headless CMS (Sanity, Storyblok, Contentful).
• UX/UI experience or understanding of design.
• AI as a conscious working tool — ability to critically evaluate and bring results to the required quality.
• Next.js, TypeScript.

Submit examples of your markup work — landing pages, marketing websites, components with animations. If you have no public works due to NDA — send a video or GIF demonstration + a link to any open repository.
