Content Marketer for Miniature Toy School. Remote.

ABOUT US: A large community, online courses, masterclasses, and subscriptions. The expert regularly conducts live streams, records videos, and creates a lot of content. We are looking for a content marketer who knows how to turn expert content into audience engagement, community growth, and sales. We are not looking for someone who just posts according to a content plan. We need a person who can find strong topics, package meanings, and build a content system around the expert.

**TASKS: • **Study the product line and audience of the school. • Regularly communicate with the expert and extract topics for content. • Find interesting stories, student cases, and news hooks. • Package live streams, videos, and voice messages into content for Telegram, VK, and other platforms. • Propose new sections and formats. • Analyze which content resonates and which does not. • Work on increasing organic reach and engagement. • Generate ideas for launches, warm-ups, and sales through content. • Coordinate content executors (if necessary).

REQUIREMENTS: • Experience working with experts or online schools. • Able to write lively texts without "infobusiness" jargon. • Loves interviewing people and finding strong stories. • Able to see selling points within ordinary conversations. • Does not wait for detailed instructions for every step. • Proposes ideas independently. • Interested in marketing, not just social media. Will be a big plus: • Cases of Telegram or VK growth. • Experience with educational projects. • Ability to work with AI tools. • Skill in building content funnels.
