The National Testing Center is inviting a Data Scientist (Middle) to join our team.

We are looking for a specialist who will develop and implement solutions based on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and NLP for educational and testing systems.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop models for analyzing and automated scoring of answers; • Conduct experiments with LLMs, prompts, and fine-tuning methods; • Prepare and analyze structured and unstructured data; • Create ML pipelines and evaluate model quality; • Integrate developed solutions into production systems.

What is important to us: • At least two years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or NLP; • Proficient in Python and advanced SQL; • Knowledge of NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch; • Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and Datasets; • Understanding of SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, adapters, and prompt engineering; • Experience in solving classification, text generation, information extraction, and semantic similarity assessment tasks; • Proficiency in Git.

An advantage would be experience in fine-tuning LLMs, knowledge of LangChain or LlamaIndex, FastAPI, MLflow, Docker, Whisper or torchaudio, as well as experience in industrial implementation of ML models.
