We are looking for a Project Manager (Client-facing, DACH) for our mobile app development team. 📍 Remote 💼 Full-time ✈️ Paid trips to meetings and workshops with clients in Europe are possible
We need someone who can not only manage projects but also confidently work with clients: gather requirements, participate in pre-sales, present solutions, and keep track of deadlines, scope, and the team.
What's important: — German B2+/C1, English B2+ — Experience as a PM / Analyst in IT and working with clients from the DACH region — Pre-sale experience: discovery, estimation, commercial proposals, presentations — Understanding of development processes, Jira / Confluence, basic understanding of UX/UI and application architecture — Confident use of AI tools in daily work
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in outsourcing / custom development, who understand project economics and are comfortable communicating with both clients and the technical team.
Probationary period — 3 months under a B2B / contractor agreement, followed by official employment.
