We are looking for an autonomous Senior SEO Specialist to take full end-to-end ownership of our organic growth function from scratch for a breakthrough global tech product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the global SEO strategy.
- Take full hands-on execution ownership (no large team on day one): technical audits, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Build and manage the link-building strategy.
- Implement AI-driven workflows and automated pipelines for content scaling.
- Formulate clear technical specs and collaborate directly with product and development teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (high-risk or competitive global markets background is a strong plus).
- Deep technical SEO expertise and mastery of core tools (Ahrefs, SEMRush, GSC, Screaming Frog).
- True Hands-On mindset: willingness to do the heavy lifting independently.
- Experience scaling products from scratch with high autonomy and ownership.
- Fluent English (C1/C2).
