**Middle+ / Senior Information Security Architect (Security Architect) in FinTech **🛡🏛

ID: 71633_SSF Rate: up to 470,000 rubles net. Location: Russia (remote, UTC+3 time zone). Citizenship: Russian Federation and friendly countries. Format: Remote. Term: 6 months with a high probability of extension up to a year (large tender).

We are looking for a Middle+/Senior expert to design the target information security architecture in a financial company from the top 10 banks in the Russian Federation. The role requires a balance between deep technical hard skills (cryptography, DevSecOps, hybrid clouds) and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear language for business and IT.

🚀** Responsibilities:** • Development of the Target Security Architecture and its Roadmap for 1–3 years. • Integration of information security requirements into the company's IT landscape, risk assessment for Cloud, IoT, AI/ML implementation. • Design of complex protection systems: IAM/PAM, network security, data protection, SOC, cryptography. • Development of architectural principles, standards, and conducting regular Architecture Reviews. • Preparation of top-level and detailed documentation (HLD, LLD, data flow and trust diagrams). • Translation of regulatory requirements (FSTEC, FSB, CB, GDPR, PCI DSS) into real technical solutions and participation in threat modeling. • Monitoring of trends, evaluation of information security vendors, and development of internal expertise of IT teams.

🎯 Our expectations: • At least 7 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 of those years in an architect, lead, or lead engineer role. • Deep knowledge of network security, application protection, IAM, cryptography, cloud technologies, and the Zero Trust concept. • Practical experience in designing solutions for hybrid infrastructure (On-premise + Cloud). • Knowledge and application of TOGAF, SABSA methodologies and ISO 27001, NIST, CIS standards. • Understanding of DevOps / DevSecOps principles and security assurance in CI/CD pipelines. • Fluency in modeling and collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, Git). • Strong soft skills: ability to defend architectural solutions to various audiences, systemic thinking.
