We are looking for a 2D concept artist for a VR project (remote)
We are creating a cooperative VR wave-defense shooter for VR clubs and arenas.
Style – stylized sci-fi; – if you have games in your portfolio that resemble Ratchet & Clank, Astro Bot, or The Finals, it’s almost an immediate ‘yes’; – we will provide current visual references.
What needs to be drawn – concept art for two locations; – enemy sheet: 6 concepts — 3 ground-based and 3 flying. For each type, two variants of a standard enemy and one adaptation for the “cyber-Japan” biome.
Who we are looking for (two in one) – a person with a portfolio featuring stylized sci-fi: environments, robots; – an artist with experience in drawing humanoids and environments.
Conditions – we pay for the test assignment if the result is suitable; – after a successful test assignment, we will provide the rest of the tasks; – our goal is to find an artist with whom we will be comfortable working long-term, so after each stage of the test assignment, we provide feedback and together decide whether to move forward — this may become clear after the first sketches.
