Requirements: 5+ years of commercial development experience in C++ and Python. Deep practical experience with Ceph architecture (at least one of the modules: RGW, RADOS, RBD, CephFS). Excellent understanding of Linux internals: I/O subsystem, memory management, multithreading. Practical experience with Kubernetes, Rook, and Ceph CSI integration. Experience in large-scale infrastructure or cloud-native projects. Proficient in Git, GitHub, and CI/CD processes. Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.). Will be an advantage (Optional Skills): Public commits and contributions to open-source projects (especially within the Ceph ecosystem). Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or OpenStack. Skills in using performance profiling and storage benchmarking utilities. Understanding of object storage semantics, knowledge of S3 and Swift protocols.
**Location:**📍 EU, Latin American countries (LatAm), or Georgia. Remote work from RB is also possible (strictly via VPN).
