Looking for a freelance UX/UI designer - specifically for a B2B SaaS tool.

Our client's design challenge is interesting. The users are fast, impatient, on their phones, juggling ten things at once. The interface has to be so intuitive they never have to think about it. Status updates automatically. Records create themselves. The only things that require a decision are the things that genuinely need a human.

What I need from you:

→ Strong portfolio in B2B SaaS or workflow tools → Exceptional grasp of hierarchy - you know how to make one action obvious on a busy screen → Opinionated about simplicity - you remove things, not add them

Nice to have: experience designing for mobile-first professional tools, or anything in HR Tech.
