Responsibilities
- consult clients on all Sber's products and services, including mortgages
- sell banking products and services
- train clients on how to use Sber's services and products
- perform cash operations: receiving, issuing, exchanging money
Requirements
- have a secondary education or higher
- are friendly and willing to help clients
- actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- are ready to use artificial intelligence in daily work (training at the company's expense — we have our own courses).
