• Engage in continuous learning, building a growth mindset, and progressively taking more ownership of your tasks and impact.

Who we are looking for:

• A motivated learner with a growth mindset, eager to develop their SRE skills and contribute to building reliable, scalable systems.
• Someone with foundational experience in at least one programming language (e.g., Python or Go) and a desire to grow in automation and scripting.
• A person with a basic understanding of cloud environments (preferably AWS) and distributed systems concepts.
• Someone familiar with containers and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes), with this being a plus.
• A candidate with an interest in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Someone with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, focused on learning and applying best practices.
• A team player with the ability to manage tasks reliably, communicate effectively, and maintain clear documentation.
