Vacancy: B2B Project Manager** Limassol, Cyprus (Office)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our integrations team, who will help develop the B2B direction and manage the payment system integration processes.

In this role, it is important to be able to work in a highly dynamic environment, build communication between teams, and make independent decisions. The main task is to coordinate the full workflow of integrations: from receiving and prioritizing tasks to interacting with stakeholders and supporting the development process.

What you will be doing:

Receive and validate tasks from clients; Manage the API integration process of payment systems; Prioritize tasks by business value; Interact with development teams, support, and B2B managers; Participate in process improvement and direction development; Control SLA, reporting, and key metrics.

What we expect from the candidate:

Project Manager experience of 2+ years, preferably in IT or fintech/payment domain. Understanding of API integrations and payment system connection processes. Solid experience with Jira, YouTrack, or similar task trackers. Ability to simultaneously manage a large number of tasks and communications. Skill in prioritizing tasks under limited resources and high uncertainty. Strong communication skills and experience interacting with a large number of stakeholders. Readiness for intensive daily communication and a fast-paced work environment. Ability to independently understand complex technical and business issues. Experience in participating in process improvement and building cross-team workflows. Stress resistance, multitasking, and a high level of responsibility. You are already in Cyprus
