We are currently looking for a Java Developer for the project GIS “Unified Centralized Digital Platform in the Social Sphere”

ECP - unified digital platform - is the largest federal project for automation and re-engineering of the social sphere:

• over 100 thousand internal users;
• over 50 million external users;
• microservice architecture;
• event-driven data model;
• 5.5 PB of data stored and processed in real time;
• over 5,000 system requests per second.

Project Scale: one of the largest projects in the social sphere of Russia, covering over 50 million citizens entitled to social support measures.

Stack: Java, Spring, React, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, Camunda, Elasticsearch, Prometheus+Zabbix+Grafana.

Responsibilities:

• Development and support of services in a microservice architecture
• Integration with external and internal systems
• Monitoring task deadlines and code quality
• Support for the implementation of programs and software tools
• Participation in the optimization and improvement of code and used technologies
• Interaction with adjacent development teams and architects
• Analysis of technical risks and system failures and their elimination

We expect from you:

• Commercial development experience of 3+ years
• Good knowledge of Java 11 +
• Development experience using Spring 4+
• Knowledge of multithreading basics and Java Memory Model (JMM)
• Practical experience with Maven
• Proficiency in Git version control system
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL / Cassandra)
• Practical experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of CI/CD basics (GitLab CI) for automating build and deploy processes
