Senior ML Engineer Guitarist / Bander / FunCorp 🎸 🌍 Remote

We at FunCorp are creating a new musical technology product for those who sing and play guitar. The idea: to give a live musician the opportunity to play with AI in a way that feels like rehearsing with a real band — not playing along to a static backing track.

We are looking for an ML Engineer to join our team 💻 We need someone who plays guitar themselves and is genuinely passionate about music — otherwise, they simply won't hear when the AI sounds wrong :)

What you'll do: — Conduct research based on a large volume of real guitar jams — Work with open-source models, adapting them for musical tasks — Be responsible for the full cycle: from idea and research to implementation and deployment — Generate and recognize instrument playing — Test by ear — with a guitar in hand — Work with infrastructure: Docker, cloud platforms, MLOps

What's important to us: — You play guitar and live and breathe music — Experience in voice/audio ML is mandatory — generation, recognition, audio processing — You know how to adapt open-source models to specific tasks

Format: full-time, fully remote.
