The role
We are looking for a designer who owns the full stack of how a product feels - from first tap to long-term habit. Someone who creates products which build relationships with users and yet obsesses over conversion funnels and retention curves as much as UX and UI.
Responsibilities: what you will drive
- Brand & product vibe: define and protect a distinct visual and emotional identity - one that doesn't dissolve under AI generation or A/B testing pressure.
- Vibe-coding & rapid prototyping: use AI-assisted code tools (v0, Cursor, Bolt, etc.) to build interactive prototypes and ship real UI when needed.
- End-to-end product design: own the full design process from insight to shipped screen - strategy, IA, flows, UI, and polish.
- Conversion architecture: design onboarding, paywalls, and activation flows with a measurable lift in trial-to-paid and D30 retention.
- Design systems: maintain a living component library that scales — accessible, token-based, and used by engineers without friction.
- User research & feedback loops: run lightweight qualitative sessions, synthesize feedback, and close the loop with design decisions grounded in real behavior.
Experience: what you bring
- Conversion-aware design. You understand funnels, drop-off, and what makes someone tap subscribe. You can speak to specific design decisions you've made that moved a metric.
- Retention-first thinking. Onboarding isn't just the first launch. You design for week 2 and month 3 - streaks, re-engagement, habit formation, and emotional resonance that compounds.
- Vibe-coding fluency. Comfortable using AI tools (v0, Cursor, Bolt, Framer AI, or equivalent) to generate and iterate real UI code. You don't just prompt - you direct and refine.
- . AI-generated comps fill your process, not replace it. Your work has a recognizable creative signature, even after 20 iterations and a handoff to engineers.
