1C Business Analyst / Accounting Contour Owner

Looking for a 1C Business Analyst / Accounting Contour Owner at «Mama Znayet» 🚀

«Mama Znayet» is a brand of children's goods and hygiene. We sell through an app, processing ~1000 orders per day. We have 5 legal entities, 15 accountants, and 1C integrations with B1 Market, WMS Beezone, ECF/SNT, and banks. We are looking for a specialist who will become a single point of entry between accounting, IT, and 1C outstaff development, take control of the contour, and solve the problem of discrepancies in figures once and for all.

📌 Main tasks:

• Support and period close: search for error causes (user / integration / bug), create technical specifications, accept tasks, and control month-end closing for 5 legal entities.
• Integrations: reduce technical debt, improve integration stability (WMS, ECF/SNT, banks), and eliminate manual routine.
• Work with IT: translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers, maintain the backlog in Jira, and defend priorities.

🎯 Requirements:

• From 3 years of experience (business analyst, consultant, or 1C specialist).
• Deep knowledge of 1C: Accounting 8 (RK 3.0), accounting/tax accounting RK: ECF, SNT, VAT.
• Experience with 1C integrations and external systems (WMS, marketplaces, banks).
• Ability to set clear technical specifications / test cases in Jira and work with the query console (read code, not write).
• Readiness to independently formulate tasks under conditions of uncertainty.

➕ Plus: experience in e-com/retail, working with outstaff and holding structures.
