Sasha AI is a current Skolkovo resident, a pioneer in the development of voice AI agents for business. We are developing a lead generation platform that allows companies to launch artificial intelligence in 20 minutes, capable of generating leads by working with a client base over the phone. Our AI agents are already helping companies like MTS, T-Bank, Synergy increase revenue without hiring staff.
Over the past year, we have grown 5 times and will reach a turnover of 300 million rubles in 2026.
Our small goal is to make technology simple, profitable, and accessible to every large business in Russia.
Our big goal is to become a monopolist associated with artificial intelligence in Russia within 10 years.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and supporting a high-load microservice architecture of the backend on Node.js (NestJS).
- Designing complex business logic related to AI model integration, data processing, and telephony.
- Optimizing the performance, reliability, and fault tolerance of systems that directly impact client revenue.
Our tech stack:
- Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, Yandex VBD.
- Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, UI libraries.
- Infrastructure & Other: K8s, Docker, PM2. We work with telephony (Asterisk, ARI/AMI).
We are looking for someone who:
- Has commercial development experience or cool pet projects in TypeScript/Node.js.
- Is confident with the fundamentals: understands how REST APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and asynchronous JavaScript work.
- Values clean, maintainable code and practices auto-testing.
Will be a big plus:
- Experience or understanding of telephony principles (Asterisk, ARI).
- Experience working with high loads.
- Interest in the world of AI/ML and a desire to dive into the subject area.
