About Us and the Project:
We are developing an LLM-agent platform that communicates on behalf of the user in messengers. We solve non-trivial tasks at the intersection of AI, automation, and security.
Tasks Ahead (within part-time scope):
- Backend and API for orchestrating LLM agents (dialog memory, multilingual support, user profiles, escalation to an operator);
- Integrating agents with messengers: handling qualifications, objections, transferring to a live operator;
- Developing a client personal account: onboarding, dashboard with AI quality metrics, user portrait;
- Working with a device farm: automation using Playwright/Android, bypassing behavioral anti-detection (including for data collection and testing);
- Ensuring security: data encryption, working with KMS, maintaining logs of access to sensitive information.
Tech Stack (mandatory minimum, but your suggestions are welcome):
Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, LangChain, LangGraph, Open-weight LLMs, pgvector/Chroma, React/Next.js, TypeScript, Playwright, Docker.
Our Expectations from the Candidate:
- 3+ years of production Python experience — confident command and architectural decision-making;
- Real commercial experience with LLM applications (from prototype to production);
- React/Next.js skills sufficient for independent development of the personal account and dashboard;
- Practical experience with browser automation (Playwright/Puppeteer) and/or Android farm;
- Understanding of anti-fraud system mechanisms and methods of bypassing them;
- Readiness to work with sensitive data, knowledge of encryption and key management approaches.
Working Conditions:
- Fully remote format;
- Flexible schedule — 4 hours per day (20 hours per week), can be split at your discretion within the workday (upon team agreement);
- Salary — 60,000 ₽ net;
- Level — Lead / Senior (high autonomy and responsibility);
- Participation in the development of an internal AI ecosystem for a studio with 10+ active projects;
