Lancet Uniform is a clothing brand for medical professionals. We develop our own visual language, create new products, and constantly seek ways to make uniforms not only functional but also visually expressive. Tasks range from branding, prints to presentations and advertising campaigns. Work in conjunction with the Art Director and SMM department. What you will be doing:

— developing prints and graphics for collections; — supporting the development of prints during the production stage and accepting the result; — developing designs for accessories and merchandise; — developing the visual language and identity of Lancet Uniform; — adapting design concepts for various media and formats; — creating visual solutions for events, special projects, and collaborations; — developing graphics and visual content for social media; — working with the product and creative teams on new capsules and products; — using AI tools for searching visual directions, generating images, concepts, and quick iterations.

What is important to us: — confident proficiency in Figma; — free work with Midjourney, Nano Banana, and other AI tools; — experience in developing a brand's visual style or identity; — understanding of visual consistency; — experience in developing prints, merchandise, or other graphic solutions for physical products; — understanding of the production process and nuances of preparing designs for implementation.
