Senior Software Design Lead

I've always seen technology as a creative medium. With AI, the interesting question isn't what we can build anymore. It's how people, software, and agents should behave together.

I help lead the digital products practice at IDEO, and we're growing the team exploring that question.

We're hiring a Senior Software Design Lead in our San Francisco studio: someone who has shipped real software, prototypes as a way of thinking, and wants to be in the room before there's a spec.
