We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop the affiliate direction for the GEO Mongolia/Turkmenistan in an international Casino & Betting project.

We are considering candidates with expertise in one of the GEOs — Mongolia or Turkmenistan.

What you will do: • actively search for and attract local partners, agents, and webmasters; • independently develop the affiliate base; • launch new partners and support them at all stages of work; • conduct negotiations and agree on cooperation terms; • develop long-term relationships with existing partners; • analyze the quality and effectiveness of traffic, key performance indicators, and partner results; • find growth points and scale effective sources.

What we expect: • Affiliate Manager experience in iGaming for at least 1 year; • practical experience working with Mongolia or Turkmenistan; • understanding of the local market and specifics of player acquisition; • experience working with local agents; • having your own base of partners/webmasters will be a big advantage; • ability to independently find and attract new partners; • knowledge of the local language of your GEO and Russian will be an advantage.

Conditions: • fixed salary + KPI after the probation period; • work with an actively scaling Casino & Betting brand; • international team and expertise of a large iGaming holding.
