**About the role **Operations Lead is a key position in a developing team. You will own the full operational scope: building processes from scratch, and as the team grows, systematizing and handing them over to other employees.
**Responsibilities **▪️ Organizing and building operational processes from scratch ▪️ Independently closing operational tasks at the start ▪️ Describing and documenting processes with subsequent handover to the team ▪️ Working with accounts — transfer, purchase, ordering ▪️ Communication with the technical specialist ▪️ Processes for app onboarding ▪️ Partial interaction with BizDev
**Requirements **▪️ Experience in a similar position, preferably with launching projects from scratch ▪️ Experience in media buying or related fields (e.g., project manager in an affiliate network) ▪️ Ability to systematically describe and build processes ▪️ Basic technical literacy and understanding of the media buying ecosystem ▪️ Proactiveness, initiative, high level of responsibility
