Company Solarware Is looking for a strong hands-on Lead Developer for a CRM project in the German market.
Responsibilities: -Development and enhancement of a CRM system on Laravel + React; -Participation in the design of backend and frontend architecture; -Implementation of end-to-end functionality: from database structure and API to interfaces; -Integration with third-party services and APIs; -Code quality control, participation in code review and improvement of development standards; -Task decomposition, technical assessment, and team assistance in implementation;
Requirements: -Commercial development experience of 4+ years; -Strong knowledge of PHP / Laravel; -Strong knowledge of React; -Good understanding of Fullstack development and client-server interaction; -Excellent knowledge of MySQL / SQL; -Experience in designing database structures and REST APIs; -Experience with large projects, complex business logic, and integrations; -Ability to write clean, maintainable, and stable code; -Experience with Git / GitHub, PRs and code reviews; -Experience in making technical decisions and managing development on tasks; Ability to communicate freely in English with an international team
Conditions: -Office work (Hybrid is possible after probation by agreement) 5-day work week from 9:00 to 18:00 -Salary range up to 3,000 thousand $ -Official employment -Location: Tashkent, near the "Buyuk Ipak Yuli" metro station
