🛠** Key Responsibilities** Strategy and Architecture: Design of a high-load distributed ecosystem (microservices, AI/ML, API-first). Team Management: Leadership and mentoring of the engineering department (15–50+ people), building processes from scratch. Hands-on Involvement: Architectural sessions, code reviews (Python, Node.js, TypeScript), solving complex infrastructure tasks (AWS, Kubernetes). Business Partnership: Interaction with C-level executives and investors, synchronization of technical solutions with business metrics (ARPU, NRR, Go-To-Market).

🎯** Candidate Requirements** Experience: 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years in CTO / Co-Founder / Head of Engineering roles in international product companies (SaaS, High-Load, AI). Scale: Experience in building systems with a load of 10M+ daily transactions. Tech Stack: Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, ML/AI. Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills, calm leadership.
