Main Purpose Contribute to a global team dedicated to streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency across the organization
Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable, and secure CLM solution that meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to best practices
Key Responsibilities: You will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end process transformation in collaboration with senior leaders across Puma Energy.

Work Experience: This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of Contract Management process, who has led & implemented CLM solutions in the past
5-8 years of overall experience in leading multinationals is mandatory
3+ years of experience in implementing CLM Solutions is desired
Understand the complexity of managing a multi-process operation setup. This could be captive or non-captive
Skills: Graduation/Masters in related field from Tier 1 Institute
Required Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with DocuSign CLM's API and SDK, Project Management & Process Automation
DocuSign CLM Certification will be an add-on
Proven ability to act as a bridge between the business and development team, translating business concepts into implementable requirements
Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices
Experience with system integration and data migration
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Competencies: Ability to operate at both conceptual and working levels
An eye for detail and an extremely hands-on working style
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
Proven verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, teamwork skills and ethical standards
Ability to deliver results
Languages: Fluency in verbal and written English is mandatory
