NEEDED: Freelance Virtual Assistant — Mainly Video Editing

I'm Zoe, I run 'EscapeWithZo' I create short-form UGC advertising content for a growing roster of app clients, mainly language-learning and product-demo apps and I'm looking for a freelance Virtual Assistant to take on the editing side with me.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Turning raw footage I film into publish ready short-form videos in CapCut - USING CAPCUT PRO
• Following a written brief for each video: script, shot list, captions, rather than freestyling
• Working from a fully documented process: every client has its own step-by-step editing guide and a tracker, so you're never guessing what "done" looks like
• Adding styled captions, matching pacing/timing to the voiceover, and keeping everything within platform safe zones
• Logging your hours as you go, invoiced monthly.

How it starts: if your a pro, i can give you it all XD, but otherwise, You'll begin on a single client so you can learn the process properly before anything else is added. Once you're comfortable, more clients and more hours get added, this ramps up over time rather than throwing everything at you on day one. Long-term, there's a real amount of consistent weekly work here across multiple clients, not a one-off gig.

What I'm looking for:

• Solid CapCut experience, I'm talking FULL PRO experience not just the free version.
• Strong English, with a good ear for the captions and hooks
• Able to comfortably overlap with GMT working hours (footage typically comes in Tuesday–Thursday)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently from a written brief.
• Trustworthy.

What you'll get:

• Paid monthly via invoice, reliable and on time via wise or Transfer.

This is remote, freelance, and ongoing.
