Responsibilities

• organization of the personal service center's work in accordance with the requirements of the Bank of Russia and the Bank's internal requirements

• overall management of the personal service center

• organization of effective sales of the Bank's offered products and services

• interaction with other departments and partners to provide comprehensive client support

• organization of personnel management

Requirements

• higher education
• experience in sales of investment products for 3+ years
• knowledge of models, standards, technologies for servicing and selling banking and investment products
• experience working with automated banking systems
• experience in forming client risk profiles
• effective management and communication skills, ability to make managerial decisions
• ability to use neural networks in daily work.
