Who we are looking for: A strong C++ developer with a background in VoIP / media streaming. We need someone who can not only write code but also maximize the performance of low-level systems in Linux. Key requirements: 🔹 C++ (3+ years in production) + basic Perl (for testing) 🔹 Experience with RTP/RTCP, SIP, SDP, understanding of UDP/TCP and network sockets 🔹 Profiling and debugging: gdb, valgrind, perf 🔹 Working with the Linux kernel, iptables, multicast 🔹 Understanding of codecs (G.711, G.729, H.264) 🔹 Git (PR, Code Review), build systems (Make/CMake) Will be an advantage: ➕ Python, Shell, Kamailio/OpenSIPS/Asterisk, WebRTC, monitoring (Prometheus/SNMP). Most importantly: Ability to work in a team and take responsibility for solutions.
