Head of Content Factory

We create cinematic quality video content: short films, series, and commercial videos. We are building our own content factory: a team of salaried creators and a network of channels with a growing audience. This is our own distribution, independent of bloggers who come, go, and become more expensive. The content factory is the main growth driver for the company and our defensible competitive advantage.

AIST Labs is our AI video platform for brands. It generates videos (Seedance 2.5), images, and voiceovers, and includes ready-made tools for social media and advertising.

Who we are looking for: A person who has already built such a system at scale. We don't need to grow expertise internally: we need someone who knows how it works and will accelerate us many times over. This is a key position for the company's growth.

Responsibilities: Design and launch a content factory from scratch: structure, roles, processes, production pipeline Hire and build a team of creators (target - tens and hundreds of people), onboarding and training system Launch and scale a network of channels on various platforms (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc.) Define formats that grow audience and lead to the product: tutorials, case studies, entertainment content Establish metrics and analytics: reach, channel growth, conversions, effectiveness of each creator Set up a quality control system and scale what works Be responsible for results: audience growth and content's contribution to revenue

What is important to us: Experience in building and managing content production at scale: tens of creators, dozens of channels Understanding of short-form algorithms and channel growth mechanics Experience in hiring and managing a large creative team Working with data: metrics, hypotheses, unit economics of content Systems thinking and the ability to turn creativity into a process

Will be a plus: Experience in AI products, tech, or creator companies Case studies of channel network growth to millions of views Understanding of AI tools for video production
