Glass unit manufacturer STiS is looking for a Production Director.
Responsibilities:
- Organization of the production process, ensuring the volume, quality, and schedule of production and shipment of finished products from the production site in accordance with received orders;
- Organization of current production planning, accounting, compilation and timely submission of reports on the production activities of the production site;
- Ensures technically correct operation of equipment and other fixed assets, compliance with repair schedules, safe and healthy working conditions;
- Carries out selection of workers and employees, their motivation, placement and effective utilization;
- Coordinates the work of all services and departments of the enterprise;
- Controls the compliance of employees with labor protection and safety regulations, production and labor discipline, internal labor regulations;
- Submits proposals for rewarding distinguished employees, imposing disciplinary penalties on violators of production and labor discipline, and applying material incentives to the Head of Production when necessary;
- Studies best practices and forms proposals for improving the organization of production, its technology, mechanization and automation of production processes, defect prevention and product quality improvement, savings of all types of resources, optimization of production processes, improvement of labor standards, correct application of forms and systems of wages and material incentives, generalization and dissemination of advanced techniques and methods of labor.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education;
- Work experience – from 3 years in similar positions (Head of Production, Deputy Head of Production, Head of Production Planning Department, etc.);
- Knowledge of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection rules and regulations;
- Forms and methods of organizing the production and economic activities of an industrial enterprise;
- Knowledge and experience in applying lean manufacturing methodologies, QMS;
- Stress resistance, excellent communication skills, active life position;
- Experience in 24/7 conveyor-type production facilities.
