Responsibilities:

• Ensuring project goals are achieved, meeting project success criteria;
• Interacting with project stakeholders, managing their expectations within the project;
• Responsibility for customer satisfaction with the results of projects under management;
• Calendar and resource planning of project work, developing the project budget and other documents in accordance with the Company's project management regulations;
• Forming a project team, organizing interaction within the working group, managing the project team;
• Implementing project work: setting tasks and monitoring task completion by the project team; monitoring and managing the schedule, budget, scope, and quality of work; controlling and managing project risks;
• Organizing subcontractor work, interacting with product and service providers, and co-executors from other subsidiaries of PJSC Rostelecom;
• Participating in presale processes with clients for projects within the area of responsibility;
• Participating in the formation of methodologies and the implementation of project management tools.

Requirements:

• Experience in successful management of complex IT and IS projects for over 4 years;
• Understanding of processes in a system integrator;
• Knowledge of project methodologies and the ability to apply them in practice;
• Knowledge of the main laws and regulatory documents of FSTEC, FSB;
• Understanding of information security system construction principles;
• Systemic thinking, ability to build relationships with difficult clients;
• Experience with 1C, Microsoft Project.
