WHO THIS IS FOR
### Built for students who already build.
You do not need years of experience. You do need proof that you can learn, finish and explain real software.
Currently studying in university
Preferably 2nd or 3rd year — not a hard requirement
Already understand programming fundamentals
Have built at least some personal, university, or client projects
Learn independently and enjoy solving engineering problems
Want professional production experience before graduation
Comfortable reading documentation
Can accept code-review feedback
Can communicate blockers instead of disappearing
02 — REAL PRODUCT EXPOSURE
## You won’t spend the internship on dummy projects.
These are examples of live products and client systems around which interns may contribute features, fixes, reviews and engineering support.

03 — ENGINEERING READINESS
## Fundamentals + proof of building, not keyword count.
The requirements are grouped into one practical readiness matrix. Use the tabs to see where we expect confidence and where familiarity is simply an advantage.
Can you build it, debug it, explain it and improve it after review?
MUST HAVE
### Strong fundamentals. Real evidence of building.
We are not looking for a keyword-perfect CV. We are looking for a student who understands the fundamentals well enough to build, debug and explain their decisions.

04 — SHIPPING SOFTWARE
## Learn how software actually gets shipped.
The internship is structured around a professional delivery loop — from understanding a requirement to monitoring what reaches production.
REVIEW BEFORE MERGE
01 Requirement / 02 Understand Existing Code / 03 Create Branch / 04 Build Feature / 05 Test Locally / 06 Create Pull Request / 07 Code Review / 08 Revision / 09 Merge / 10 Deploy / 11 Monitor / Fix
01
### Understand before coding
Read the requirement and existing system before changing it.
02
### Build reusable systems
Avoid copy-paste solutions where a reusable component or abstraction makes sense.
03
### Keep changes reviewable
Use clear branches, commits and focused pull requests.
04
### Review before merge
Code is expected to survive review, not only “work on my machine.”
05
### Own what you ship
A feature is not finished simply because the code was written.

07 — FAQ
## Questions before you apply.
The practical details candidates usually want to understand before starting an application.
01 **Can a 2nd-year student apply?**
Yes. Practical skill and ability to build matter more than academic seniority.
02 **Do I need professional job experience?**
No. Strong personal, university, freelance or experimental projects are acceptable.
03 **Is Next.js mandatory?**
Strong Next.js understanding is highly preferred because it is central to the development workflow. However, someone with strong React fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly may still be considered.
04 **Do I need NestJS experience?**
Not necessarily. Backend fundamentals matter more. NestJS experience is a plus.
05 **Do I need to know Supabase?**
Working knowledge is strongly preferred. PostgreSQL/database fundamentals are particularly important.
06 **Do I need a portfolio?**
GitHub and working projects are more important than a polished portfolio website.
07 **Can I use AI coding tools?**
Yes, but the candidate must understand, review and take responsibility for the code they submit.
08 **Is this only a learning program?**
No. It is a real paid internship. Learning happens through real engineering work.
08 — READY TO APPLY?
## YOU DON’T NEED YEARS.YOU NEED PROOF.
