The Software Development Center (SDC) is a unit focused on creating and developing products based on modern technologies and development methods.

By developing and implementing digital business solutions using advanced product approaches, the SDC forms the company's promising competitive advantages, optimizes business processes, and transfers them to modern technological platforms.

In short, we are looking for a Team Lead who can design architecture, review code, mentor the team, and isn't afraid to dive into legacy code or set up builds themselves.

What awaits you (challenges that are interesting):

• Two products on different technologies:

Web B2C — modern Vue 3 + SSR (high load, SEO, performance)

Web B2B — Angular 1.7 (legacy, but alive and making money). Your task is not to rewrite everything yesterday, but to build a competent migration strategy and unify approaches.

• Millions of users during peak season. You will be responsible for ensuring the site doesn't go down at the most crucial moment.
• Complex client experience. Price calendars, hotel maps, dynamic filters, WebSockets for live prices — this is not a "corporate portal", but a real challenge for an architect.

What you will be doing:

• Leading a frontend development team
• Training and developing the team
• Conducting interviews and hiring developers
• Designing service architecture
• Implementing and developing technologies
• Ensuring product development quality and speed
• Participating in development as an expert

It would be great if you have:

• Experience in e-commerce or Travel Tech (understanding the specifics of bookings, payment gateways)
• Participated in migration from legacy to modern stack
• Know how to make Vue work with maps (Mapbox/Leaflet) and large calendars

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Frontend development experience, from 5 years of experience with web applications (SSR, CSR, SSG), from 3 years of experience with Vue, Angular, Typescript
• Deep knowledge of Js, HTML, CSS, Vue
• Proficiency with build tools (Vite, Webpack)
• Experience with Composition API, Pinia, Vue Router
• Experience in creating adaptive and cross-browser interfaces
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Experience with RESTful API, WebSocket, GraphQl
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for optimizing SPA performance
• Experience with core web vitals and performance api
