Relocation | Doubletapp
We are the Doubletapp team. We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a long-term project.
Location: Doha, Qatar (will consider candidates ready for relocation).
Work format – hybrid, full-time.
Salary – negotiable.
Our expectations:
- At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst.
- English and Russian language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Ability to handle requirements from idea to acceptance criteria.
- Experience in gathering requirements in conditions of incomplete or uncertain information.
- Skills in conducting interviews, workshops, presentations.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile / Scrum / Waterfall).
- Ability to separate needs from wants and ask the right questions.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Arabic.
- Experience working with legacy systems.
- Experience in a product company.
- Understanding of non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability, scalability).
- Experience with projects or features related to ML / AI.
Tasks:
- Gathering, analyzing, structuring, and documenting requirements from stakeholders.
- Translating high-level requests into verifiable requirements (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria).
- Managing requirement changes throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conducting interviews, workshops, and sessions to identify real needs and pain points.
- Documenting current processes (activity diagrams, sequence diagrams).
- Defining functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, availability).
- Jointly working with the team on logic, scenarios, and edge cases.
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date specifications.
- Collaboration with the development team, testing team, designers, and product manager.
