FESCO transportation and logistics company is looking for a Head of Organizational Development and Design Department
Responsibilities:
Organizational Design:
- Conducting a comprehensive audit of the company's current organizational structure, including the central office and regional divisions (branch network)
- Developing proposals for optimizing and designing a future organizational structure aimed at eliminating functional gaps and improving manageability
- Updating and developing regulatory documentation: regulations on departments, job descriptions, responsibility assignment matrices (RACI)
Analytics and Methodology:
- Participation in the optimization of cross-functional business processes regarding the distribution of responsibility areas and optimization of staffing levels
- Analyzing the effectiveness of existing management models and preparing recommendations for their improvement
- Forming and maintaining the company's process model
- Developing and implementing unified standards and regulations related to the organizational structure, staff list, and company process management
Interaction with Departments:
- Expert support for heads of functional blocks and branches on organizational design issues
- Participation in working groups related to structural changes and company activity optimization
Requirements:
- Experience in optimizing the structure of a company with an extensive branch network of 5–6 years
- Experience in building and implementing the company's process model
