Financial Specialist (1C / Excel)
The Yourhr.Tech team is looking for an operational financial accounting specialist for our partner's fintech company.
This is a position for a specialist who loves accuracy, working with large datasets, spreadsheets, and clear algorithms. Your main task is to ensure perfect order in the movement of money and data between internal systems, payment systems, and 1C.
MAIN TASKS:
- Daily reconciliations: Matching data from internal systems with payment system and bank statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintaining operational accounting (Cash Flow): Reflecting cash flow operations in 1C (UPP) and preparing the "day-end closing".
- Working with counterparties: Reconciling mutual settlements for assigned areas.
- Data preparation: Collecting data arrays from various systems for monthly financial period closing.
- Participation in routine improvements: Compiling simple, clear technical specifications for 1C programmers if the reconciliation process can be simplified or automated.
WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US:
- Work experience: 1–2 years in the role of an operational accounting financier, reconciliation specialist, or treasurer (without focus on accounting/tax reporting).
- Proficient in 1C: Experience working with 1C (knowledge of UPP will be an advantage, but the main thing is understanding 1C logic).
- Advanced Excel: Confident use of pivot tables and complex formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, INDEX/MATCH) for quick processing of large data arrays.
- Attention to detail: Readiness for meticulous, monotonous work with numbers and transactions.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working in fintech projects, with acquiring, payment systems, or multi-currency operations.
