You will lead a team, communicate with management, and implement solutions that protect businesses from modern cyber threats.
What will you be doing?
- Ensuring project goals are achieved, meeting project success criteria;
- Interacting with key client specialists, vendors, subcontractors, adjacent departments, and RTK subsidiaries on major milestones, project tasks, managing deadlines and expectations;
- Calendar and resource planning of project work;
- Forming the project team, organizing interaction within the working group, managing the project team;
- Analyzing project risks, taking measures to minimize them, handling escalations as autonomously as possible;
- Managing project reporting and financial documents (estimates, internal orders, regulations, etc.) to ensure effective stage closure, both within the company and for the client;
- Participating in the selection of subcontractors, organizing effective interaction with them during project execution;
- Implementing project work: assigning tasks and monitoring their completion by the project team; monitoring and managing the schedule, scope, and quality of work; controlling and managing project risks.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in successfully managing information security integration projects;
- Broad knowledge of information security solutions of various classes (FW/IPS/DLP/PAM/SIEM/EDR/AV/DDOS, etc.);
- System thinking, personal maturity, ability to build relationships with difficult clients.
