Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining backup systems: Veeam, Proxmox Backup, Cyberbackup
- Creating, administering, and monitoring backup jobs for IT infrastructure components (virtual and physical servers, databases, network equipment configurations, etc.)
- Creating, administering, and monitoring backup jobs to removable media (tape library)
- Organizing test environments, conducting regular tests of information system components for integrity and operability after recovery from backups (backup testing)
We expect you to have:
- Knowledge of the fundamentals and principles of modern server construction (manufacturers: HPE, Fujitsu, Dell, Huawei, X-fusion)
- Experience with virtualization systems: VMWare, Proxmox, zVirt/oVirt
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies: Distributed Switch, SDN, Cluster, HA. vCenter services
- Experience with backup systems: Veeam / Proxmox Backup, Cyberbackup
- Experience with basic Windows Server roles (ability to integrate with Windows-based systems)
- Experience deploying, supporting, and maintaining server operating systems of Windows and Linux families
- Experience deploying, supporting, and maintaining the Active Directory service
- Experience deploying, supporting, and maintaining DBMS: MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
