International commodity trading company is looking for a Trade Operations Specialist to support traders with the operational and financial side of physical commodity transactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Day-to-day support of traders and trade execution
• Preparing and controlling invoices and trade documentation
• Coordinating settlements and payments
• Trade and counterparty reconciliations
• Monitoring receivables, payables and outstanding items
• Maintaining accurate financial records related to trading transactions
• Working closely with traders, operations, finance and treasury

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in supporting function of commodity trading, trade operations or hands-on trading accounting (invoicing, payments, settlements, reconciliations) / financial administration of physical commodity trades.
• Good understanding of the financial side of physical commodity transactions
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent Russian is mandatory, good English
• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced trading environment
