Rich Mind is a team of 100+ specialists with over 5 years of experience in traffic arbitrage. Our main source is Facebook Ads, with key verticals being crypto and gambling. We have a fully developed infrastructure: media buying, promo, farming, analytics, BizDev and tech, and other functions. This allows us to quickly test hypotheses, scale, and earn stably.

We are currently looking for a Head of Media Buying who will take charge of developing the crypto direction and be responsible for its growth, profitability, and team efficiency.

What we need for the 1st stage of work:

• Conduct an audit of current processes and results
• Determine what works and what needs to be changed
• Formulate a growth strategy for the direction
• Build a strong team and a clear management system
• Take responsibility for profit, ROI, budgets, and the final result

Your tasks:

• Manage the entire media buying cycle: testing, scaling, analytics, optimization
• Be responsible for the performance results of the direction: profit, ROI, volumes, budget efficiency
• Build processes for testing and scaling
• Manage the direction's budgets and their allocation
• Formulate a KPI system and transparent reporting
• Develop analytics for the direction and make data-driven decisions
• Form the organizational structure, develop the team, and strengthen key roles
• Establish interaction with BizDev, Promo, Account, Analytics, and other teams
• Expand and manage testing across GEOs, offers, and creative approaches
• Monitor the market, competitors, trends, and new working hypotheses

What is important to us in a candidate:

• Media Buying experience of 5+ years
• Hands-on experience: it's important that you can launch, optimize, and scale campaigns yourself
• Current experience with the crypto vertical for 2+ years
• Experience working with Facebook Ads as a key source for 3+ years
• Confirmed successful cases in crypto
• Experience managing budgets of $500k+/month
• Team management experience of 7+ people
• Experience in building processes, KPIs, reporting, and result management systems
• Strong performance analytics and understanding of metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROI, LP CTR, EC, EPL
• Experience with Keitaro, SPY services, BI/analytics
• Understanding of hypothesis testing processes using the kill / iterate / scale logic

Will be a plus:

• Experience in white verticals / gamedev / product companies
• Experience with Google, in-app, or other sources
